In Chiriquí, Panama, you can see bottlenose and spotted dolphins. Bottlenose dolphins can be seen year-round in Muertos Bay, and spotted dolphins can be seen near the dry islands. Other places where you can see dolphins are in Bocas del Toro, in Dolphin Bay, and in Chiriquí Lagoon.

This species of monkeys, with a powerful howl that can be heard up to 3 km away, live in troops of 10 to 20 individuals. Occasionally, some are found alone and have been excluded from the troops.

We can find white-faced or capuchin monkeys in Panama’s coastal areas and in mountainous areas, from the mangroves to the mountains. They are a very distinctive species due to their black and white appearance and are slightly more active than howler monkeys.
